INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management both plays an active role in the organisation which helps the
company to achieve their goals and targets within the allotted time. Leaders role is to motivate
the employees through various strategy and the management team is to appreciate the work of
employees which they committed during the working hours (Spurgeon, Clark and Ham, 2017).
Present report is based on examining various factors and role regarding the leadership skills and
management in the conference room or events which are organized on D day activities.
TASK 2
Different types of Soft and Hard skills to run the events
To run the successful events following skills are required to employees so that they can
manage the affairs of the event planner in better way. The event planner is useful if they trained
the employees in the effective way. The soft skills which the event planner is used to run the
events is related to communication with other person or leadership skills which plays an
important role in achieving goals (Hartley, 2016). Leadership are more effective as through their
guidelines and support and through their reviews and judgement which they made helps the
employees to show the right path. They guide the employees that what is right and wrong and
helps to communicate with other team member so that they can easily discuss the issues and
factors which stops them to work smoothly.
In case of hard skills it requires technology advancement which helps the event planner to
deal with problems through online only. Usually due to changes in technology, computer are
must which is known by every person and that results in reflecting the working strategy of the
company. The employees of the company are to be trained so that they can learn new things
which helps them to bring new ideas and thought in their events o that they use it in their
business (Kyratsis and et.al., 2016). This results in bringing new changes in the event planner
and they can run their business successful for dealing their crucial matters through online.
Future skills and attributes requires in light to bring changes in technology.
Event planner can adapt the creative thinking skills which helps them in planning their
day to day activities in the different manner. As they are the event planner company, so they
have to be creative and unique by their thoughts and ideas (Jefferies and et.al., 2016). This helps
them to grow their business into large scale and are renowned by society through such activity.

related to enhancing their services in more different way. In case of holding a meeting in the
conference room regarding the important discussion of doctors regarding the equipments which
they had to use at the time of treating the patient, that the services which are provides through
technologies should be in more effective manner and reflects the clear presentation (Cole and
et.al., 2017). With this method they can get help from the other authors and cal refer the cases
through online or video conferencing which results in solving the problems in better way.

Changes reflect to be the better part of every business and they also reflect the success
story of the organisation. In case of event planner the changes regarding the technology and
customers needs and wants can only be initiated by the leaders through their leadership skills

From the above study it can be concluded that leadership and management skills play an
