Manager can use more sources of influence power because it can help them in gaining high
productivity and disciple among the team members. Using more sources of influence power
can educate the employee to show their dedication towards the work or project.
The process of manipulation includes forcing someone to accomplish a goal. Manipulation
process gives birth to stress and discomfort among the employees. On the other hand,
influencing is the process in which employer shows the benefits of accomplishing certain
goals and the employees choose to perform that certain task by their own wish. Manipulation
increases susceptibility and enhances dissatisfaction among employees while influencing

While handing complex projects like waste water management comprised team members can
show positive results. This group approach can lead to cost efficiency and improved
productivity3. However, this can also help in improving everyone in accomplishing their own
targets by using the strategy of national or international employees.
Below are the major challenges that the project manager faces while making a project at the
global level:

Challenges in forecasting demand:
