It can be understood from the leadership theories that leadership theories is developed so that
there it can be easy for the industry to understand the need of the leadership in the company.
There are different theories that are applicable by the leaders. Theories are very important in the
leadership. As I understand from the trait theory that leader have to possess some qualities in it.
For example: traits like extroversion, introversion all the traits are necessary for the leadership. It
enhances the traits of the leaders. Effective leadership plays a significant role in the company.
Another theory is contingency theory of leadership that means this theory is not best in the way
to organize a corporation. This theory is based upon the two factors firstly the leader's personal
style and the situations that control a leader. The factors of the contingency theory are related to
the prediction for future. Situational theory of leadership means the leader is depended on the
particular situation. The leader is taking decision depend on the situation in the company.
Behavioural theories depends upon the behaviour of the leader. The leaders are made not born.
Behaviour of the leader affects the working of the company. This theory of leadership focuses on
the actions of the leaders. Through this leadership style people are learning to become through
teaching and observation. Participative theory of leadership encourage people to participate in
the decision making process. In this theory the leaders are providing right to the subordinate to
put their views in the decision making process. Management theories are also known as
transactional theories it mainly focuses on the role of the supervision, organisation and group
performance. The management theories are depended on the rewards and punishments. The
rewards are provided to the employees if they are performing better in the company. If the
performance of the employees is not good then they are not awarded the rewards. Relationship
theories also known as the transformational theories. It focuses on the relationship between
leaders and the followers. These leaders inspire and motivate the people to do work in the
company. They focused on the performance of the employees.
Some leaders say that trait theory is best suited for the company as the leaders are having some
qualities and traits in them. The trait theory is important for the leaders as if there is no quality in
the leaders then the performance of the company is not good. Some other leaders said that
contingent theory of leadership is the best theory for completing the task in the company. As
there is no other theory that is suitable for the business. Leadership theory plays a very important

business. Most of the leadership theories may not have any impact on the business.
The author is not agreed with the above thought that they said this author comment that
situational theory is better than the above leadership theory as in this the decision is based upon
the situation and leader is taking action after seeing the situation. Situation affect the decision
making process in the company. The other author is not agreed upon that the decision making
process depends on the situation in the business.
The author is said that all the above theories doesn't affect the working of the company. Leaders
are not depended upon the different theories that are being implemented in the business. Leaders
are not meant to be born by the company. The leaders are not apply the different theories of
