This change management model can help the Four seasons Hotel to
implement the change within their company. There are three stages in this
model which need to be followed by the Four seasons Hotel.
Unfreezing-Before implementing t the change within the company it must for
be go through the Unfreezing stage where employees of the company can be
demotivated, and they can have fear of loosing jobs (Wiebe, and Zhang., 2017).
Leaders and managers of the company have to communicate with the
employees and make them understand the need of change and how it Can

Changing- This is the another stage where change become real and the employee will struggle with
the new task. Leaders and managers of the company have to provide the training to the employees,
so they can understand the task, and they can also set the small wins for the employees which can
motivate them.
Refreezing-This is the task stage where employees are capable and new task run properly but here
managers and leaders have to measure the performance and look to control.

Hard Communication skills- Professionalize in the managers are necessary, and they need to adopt
hard skills in themselves because they have to talk professionally, and they should know different
different languages because Four seasons Hotel is working on the internal level, and they should
also know how to communicate digitally.
