1. The survey captured 5 strengths of mine which are known as Achiever, Includer,
Adaptability, Responsibility and Context. The survey says that I am a great achiever and
dedicated to achieve whatever I want with hard work and dedication. About being an
includer, I like to be with the people who include other people in the team and do not like
to be with the people who avoid other. I am a very responsible person when it comes to
managing with my duties as well as my work. In case if I am unable to deliver anything, I
feel that it is for me to look up to the methods so that I can complete my responsibility.
About me being an adapter, I live in present and not think about the future at all. If talked
about context, I am a person who look back in my past a lot of times. To understand the
present or to think about something if something is not right in my present, I tend to look
back. This is what the survey tells about me.
2. The initial reaction which I had towards the result was quite amusing and exciting as I
was surprised to know some things about me and felt a little different from the above
strengths that I have. For example: I felt surprising that I look back in the past because I
am a person who feels that one should not look in the past as past might bring a feeling of
regret and if one looks in the past then he or she cannot move ahead in life(Yukl, 2010).
Then I also felt amused to see that I am an includer as this is very right about me. I feel
like helping everyone and feel bad in avoiding anyone. I feel good where there are people
who are helpful and include others in their teams. Though, I have received a feedback
from people that I need to be more responsible towards my work or duties.
3. The current leadership is about being effective in any way one can and its effects should
be seen when a firm or any leader is able to achieve something great. Leaders just do not
focus on the development but they also focus on the process of going towards the
development. I feel that there will be more integrity in the future leaders(Yammarino).
Two of my strengths that are responsibility and includer, can help me become a good leader in
the present. My effectiveness as a leader can definitely increase with these two strengths that I
have. With the feedback that I need to be more responsible, I will be able to become more prone
towards my duties and can do my tasks in a way that I am able to achieve the goal. Also,
including other people in teams is one of the qualities that a leader of today’s world should
possess. Hence, these two qualities can enhance my work as a leader in current scenario(Day,
2012).

For future effectiveness in my leadership, my strengths like adaptability and achiever together
will help me to blend nicely with the new trends of leadership(Horner, 1997). Also, I am an
achiever and I try my level best to achieve things my way. If I am unable to achieve them, I try
to find new ways to achieve my target again. I can never stop trying and I am not a quitter(Davis,
2018).
