INTRODUCTION
Teamwork skills and leadership skills development is essential I realise this term that these
both skills useful for my career and when I decide to participate in collage event which is
organize by one university to evaluate that students have presentation skills or not because it
require multiple skills like communication, time management and many more (Zhang and et.al.,
2020). This study will provide information about how I leader skills, develop effectiveness in
presentation.
MAIN BODY
Part 3.2.1: Expansion of teamwork skills
Application of Gibbes model is useful because it provides idea to systematic develop new
experience, which activity has to engage for maintain situation and for specific event.
Description: When I was doing graduation my sir provide task and they give information class
group members ahs responsibility to prepare presentation on collage event and individual student
has responsibility to make 5 members group team for impressive presentation (Agatep and
Villalobos, 2020).
Feeling: I feel that its not easier task because I not performing any task with so many
people. And I recognize from my experience that its not easier to handle different
perception people to maintain effective activities and completion task with great manner.
I also feel that when teacher provide this responsibility so I have to work on it and try to
complete this task with great manner
Evaluation: Then we all 5 members are discussing about which we have to select for
presenting good presentation and judged will like it. So then we all are discussing but I
analyze that individual say different things they not consider individual topic for
presentation. So I evaluate that selection of topic is very complicated task. From the
recognition of this activity I have clear mindset that its not easier to handle different min-
set on specific task.
Analysis: Completion of evaluation I analyse that individual has different ideas,
innovative things so completion of presentation topic select I analyze that 2 people agree
and 2 people disagree with my creative idea so I feel bad n this situation but when I task
to sir they says that it defiantly happen when different people mind set.

Conclusion: I decide that I have to learn multiple things which has great sense to resolve
issue and I learn and evaluate find best solution to makes effectiveness in resolve
problem with consideration and application of that presentation develop effective when iI
perform my task with effective manner.

I always believes in participate in different collage events, cultural activities, future
effective Collage teacher says that individual has power to became team leader for completion of
presentation as well as maintain team work with great manner because it useful for future as
well. So I decide that I will learn skills and I have to become good team learn so i learn
communication skills, time management, improve listening power and many more so these all
skills is best approach for become team leader.
Description: I decide to participation presentation event so I decide to learn multiple skills but I
evaluate that I have to learn communication, problems solving skills and many more. So When

teacher provide group activity to perform presentation its essential to do some different aspects
which has power to resolve problem and managing task with effective manner. I become team
learn so I have major responsibility to managing multiple tasks with great manner.
Feeling: I facing many issues when I managing team work because they have responsibility to
managing task with effective manner. And I decide to learn various aspects with great manner.
So I decide to learn various approaches for making and creating effective process to develop
satisfy. I face issues to managing various task but I learn various approaches for making creative
activities (Nazari and et.al., 2020).
Evaluation: I found from the managing task I mainly recognize that individual has different
perceptions and them not performing their task with great manner and them not listing my point
of view. Furthermore, I recognize that that I have to implement activities which useful for
performing task with great manner.
Analysis: I properly evaluate from the all situation from became leadership that I have to
consider that proper problems solving skills which is very essential for my leadership and I don’t
have potential to resolve problem with evaluation and identification of essential and require
factor which ahs idée to manage various activities.
Conclusion: From the overall activities I mainly prefer to evaluate that I have to learn different
skills for managing and developing leadership skills with great manner I have to collect data with
multiple external activities and I have to handle various situations with consideration and
deification of essential factors which require for managing task within using practices for
problem solving when individual not develop high interest in given task.

CONCLUSION
It has been summarized form the above reflective study that I have to learning multiple
skills for managing and creating effective team management skills and leadership skills for
proper consideration and identification of various aspects with proper evaluation and application
of management. I decide to learn various aspects for successful presentation. This study has been
useful for provide information about for effective presentation require which types for skills for
managing multiple activities.
