restaurant chains called as Hazev, Haz and Tas. It includes in 21 food and beverage operations in
and around central London.
Furthermore, report will cover the following things as different classical management
theories, role of leader and leadership styles, reviewing the management and leadership style in
Hazev, Haz and Tas. Thus, impact of digital technology is need to be defined to lead and manage
the working enterprise.

Classical management theories is based on belief that workers have only economic and
physical needs. This is not inclusive of social needs or job satisfaction but aids to put focus over
specialization of labour, centralized leadership, decision making and profit maximization ( Petty,
2018). It mainly put it consideration over execution and maximising production. It is one of the
oldest theory that mainly consider operational functions and creation of standards that aids to
enhance the production output. At every level, this theory aids to create multiple level of workers
in order to improvise the productivity. Employees at the lower level find task that can be
overseen by supervisors and specific procedures are must be designed to have maximisation in
productivity and profitability.
Hence, this is theory that designed procedures to not completing the task and to keep
personal issues out of business. This is very helpful for enterprise in order to recognize the
difference among the employees. It is the theory that supports to focus on improving output and
rewarding high performing employee by the bonuses or wages. Thus, three theories that mainly
