INTRODUCTION
These report is going to identify the leadership and management of restaurant chain of
Hazev,Haz,Tas. It is Turkish restaurant chain and famous for its quality of food delivery. It is
having 12 branches in London. These branches include 7 restaurants, 3 cafes and 2 bars. In these
report it will identify the management and leadership style used in the restaurant. Their approach
motive is to earn profitability and use impact of digital technology on the business.
MAIN BODY
Classical management theories
The organisation structure of Hazev, Haz and Tas includes a managing director, finance
manager, warehouse manager and for each and every restaurant.
The management theories which is used in the organisation is Henry Fayol administrative
management theory. As he is known as father of management and has imposed 14 management
principles. It helps the managers to ensure better management is taking place within the
organisation. This include work division, remuneration equity etc. This management is
effectively managed with the help of digital technology. This system is used by the organisation
to track the record of the employees. Computers helps the organisation to feed the data of the
employees. The organisation 's management makes use of effective strategies in order to achieve
set growth and development within the team. This management style helps the organisation to
achieve the goals and objectives of the organisation (Holten and Brenner, 2015).
The role of leader and different leadership styles
Leader play most important role in success of the organisation. As leader tends to
motivate the employees and influence them to achieve the objective of the organisation and
directs them towards the growth of the organisation. In this leadership style , the leader are tends
to create such conditions where people at all level are motivated to work hard and increase the
productivity of the restaurants and also as per the potential of workers. This leadership design in
such a way that each and every employees are satisfied with the working environment. This
leadership of the organisation make use of effective digital technology. These help the
organisation to work in effective and efficient way and also prove the better direction to the
employees so that they work accordingly to achieve the desired results. This helps to decrease
the conflict of the company and ensure that there is the smooth flow in the organisation. And also

ensure that there are positive relationship among the members and all are motivated towards the
goals of the organisation (Iqbal, Anwar and Haider, 2015).
Management and leadership style used within organisation
The management of the Hazev , Haz, Tas make use of Democratic style. It allows the
organisation's management to run its operations smoothly and helps to ensure the better
functioning of the organisation. In Democratic leadership style helps to improve the management
decision making of the organisation. As it involve all the members in the organisation and
motivate them to take part in the decision making so that to gain their innovative ideas. And also
the manager gives the opportunity for the employees to enhance the decision making skills. Also,
communication goes from top to bottom and bottom to top in these style. As by these style there
will be fewer chances of conflict between the leader and the employees . And also it increases
the productivity of the organisation (Renko and et.al, 2015).
The management styles in the organisation only achieve success by or with the digital
technology. In these the manger tends to monitor performance of the employees and gather
information . Along with it help the organisation to better sales and profit.

Strength Management style of the organisation often influenced the core strengths
is its employees and the employees of the organisation are young and
motivated for achieving and maintaining the success and growth. It also
helps the management for making the better strategies for leading and

Weakness Hazev, Haz and Tas weakness is its competition because in London
there are numbers of restaurants of their own which providing the better
services to its customers and also having the good mouth of words. It
creates management of the Hazev, Haz and Tas which has difficult for
managing the operations and required the growth and development of the
organisation.
Threats In Hazev, Haz and Tas there are so many threats arises which influence

the styles of the management for including the new trends and also raging
the choice of people in foods and beverages.
Opportunities The main aim and opportunity is to influence the styles of management it
includes the new options for developing the food and provides the
services which is ensured for the better service for its customers. From
the availability of the technology it makes more easy the work.
PESTLE analyses
Political From the new changes in the government of the UK and issues from the
Brexit tends, it creates so many difficulties of political situations for the
Hazev, Haz and Tas management for making the decision freely and
achieve the better success and growth.
Economic The conditions of the economic factors in Hazev, Haz and Tas such as
the prices' inflation and changes in the monetary policies which creates
the situations where the management of the organisation faces so many
difficulties in decision making and also the strategies for achieving the
advantages and growth.
Social Changes in the habit of the people in the requirements and needs of food
and beverages creates so many situations for the management where they
have to change the menus of the restaurants and offers of the people.
Technological There are so many changes comes in technology such as the arrival of
new technologies, better system of the customer's management which has
been developed the situations for the management it required the better
decisions for smooth ruining of the business.
Legal From the strict implications of the legal factors it is hard for the
management of the Hazev, Haz and Tas. To create the situations which
can operate freely for achieving the desired set of advantages and growth.
Environmental There are so many changes in the environmental issues and changes in
the climate and global warming which Hazev, Haz and Tas management

CONCLUSION
The above reports conclude the leadership and management of Hazev, Haz, Tas. And also
concluded the digital technology has impact the organisation and the ways in which the
organisation deal with the digital technology.
