Behaviour theory of leadership-
This theory defines the leader's behaviour for management, their employees. The leader must
motivated their employees for work harder and they define how to carry out the task, the leader of the
organization notify the difficulty of organization and how to solve them, the leader must have maintained the
environment of organization. The great leader always have the passion to achieve goals and motivate their
employees to how to achieve goals in life. According to this theory the St Margaret's Nursing home leader
must create the behaviour environment that employees not left the job form there, and they become
passionate for there work, leader behaviour for employees is the most important things in organization.
4.2 Analysing working relationship that could be managed
In the St Margaret's Nursing home working relationships
depend on their environments, if the environments is not good
employees cannot manage the responsibility and they left job. In

initiative, social related traits such as interpersonal skills, cooperative and administrative ability. In this context including St Margaret's nursing home that the

My own development has been influenced by varied
approaches of management. Among such approaches, first one
is use of performance appraisal of mine. By analysing this,
strengths and weaknesses are clarified to me and as such, I'm
encouraged to focus on my weaknesses to transform the same
into strengths. Moreover, by effectively highlighting
weaknesses, I have then concentrated on my training and
gathered information for improving upon my deficiencies.
Moreover, self-directed approach is also used by me to effectively work upon weaknesses in
the best possible manner. Team working has been improved by utilising management
approach by Tuck man. Trust between me and my fellow members has been become strong
enough and as such, efficiency is achieved. Apart from this, it is evident that leadership at
some stages become poor and as such, after some time skills may be hired from successful
leaders in order to accomplish efficiency. This has helped me to achieve good leadership
skills. Furthermore, I'm able to guide new employees and as such, my leadership abilities
have enhanced as well. Thus, my own development has been effectively influenced by
management approaches.
