local people so they are not able to hire local lit for the various task they are hiring the relatives
as the niece of high-ranking Custom officer. So they are facing the issue that the local people are
not convinced with the manager in any way and thus local people of Tanzania are not supporting
the manager. As there is no interaction and communication among them and the manager and
peoples are not involved with each other (Geirhofer and et.al., 2017). This builds a difficulty
among the local peoples and manager for performing and building the organization structure so
that the engineers from different countries could reside in the basic environment of the Tanzania
and easily complete the project for dam successfully. The organization structure is disorganised
and there is no one under any one charge it disturb the overall structure of the company this all
due to lack of communication and negotiation among the employees, local people and Jones. The
communication and negotiation theory which would be used by Jones is Constructivism
communication theory will be helpful in gaining the multiple communication goals within the
organization. In this theory the manager has an ability in creating sophisticated and customized
messages to the employees (Ting‐Toomey, 2017). The Jones can use this theory for increasing
the communication within their employees and the local people so that they could easily
involved with the local people and allow the employ to have a systematic work culture in
organization and work with the appropriate system. Jones should concentrate on the
communication skills and can use various communication skills for improving its
communication with both. Competencies theory can also be applied to the employers of the HG
to have an ethical hiring within the organization (Tofan, 2016). Firstly they will require to

company had an skilled and talented employees form Tanzania then the costing will also be

responsibility the company should employee people from the community rather than employing

can complete their project within the specified time period. It can be more useful for companies
as they have an skilled employees company can perform its activities among the different
countries also. So that they can expand in other sectors also. Cultural diversity can also be used
by company which will be beneficial for the company to work in the Tanzania culture as they
have a different culture, religions and belief by this company had to face a lot as they couldn't get
through the local peoples needs and requirement couldn't able to understand the language of

best work output. By applying this theory HG could easily met this issue and overcome the bad
impact of these issues and talented employee could be appointed to the company which can be
helpful for the future growth of company. It can be further analysed by the performance of the
employees towards the company. It will also be helpful in reducing the conflicts among the
employees so that there are no bias among the company's employees and they can have a
effective work performance for attaining the goal of company.
While working for podcast related with case study of Brett Jones in Tanzania, a team is
formed for producing podcast I had managed the all things distributed the work among the team.
All team members are required to work for their particular role and responsibility which are
being given to them. They are being monitored and controlled by me. Which is helpful in
managing the tasks easily and then further the allocation of task would be done according to the
skills and knowledge of the employees so that they can perform their task effectively which can
be further fruitful for the company. The organization structured will be well maintained by me so
that it can further have a proper functioning of operations activities within the organization. I will
be communicating with my employees on daily basis and asking them if there is any issue with
the employee so that it can be sought out by me on time so that the work of the team member
wouldn't be affected due to that. I also try to provide guidelines and full information related to
the task to employees so that they couldn't have any problem in performing the task. I will play
the role of best leader and assist my employees with proper guidelines related with their task.
The things which should be improved by me is the time management and setting target. I could
not be able to manage the task timing this how sometimes I lack due to that and employee
couldn't be bale to perform the task on time and the work delays and thus further it created a
workload over the employees. And thus the employees will suffer from work pressure and so the
without concentrating regional language. But if the company hires the local skilled people they
could have a regional employee who could easily let them understand the needs, religions,
culture and belief of Tanzanian people so they could perform their operational and managerial
task easily and the projects can be completed successfully and before the time without hurting

employee which is being further achieved by the employees in the pre mentioned time period. So
if the employees have a appropriate set target within the given time period they could easily
attain the objective for the company and get through with the company's growth. The effective
management of the leader is helpful in getting through with the appropriate decision making for
the company's profit maximization. This could be more effective if company dose it with
evaluative strategies for the adaptive output. By this I could develop a positive work culture
within the organization so that it will allow employees to work for the growth and revenue of the
company. So by this I could work well in the team and attains the maximum output from the
employees by allowing them to work under the positive work culture and distributing the task
according to the particular skills and knowledge so that the employees could render their best for
the companies. This all will be helpful in the overall growth of the company and allows the
company to effectively complete the task on time.
