The high performance working culture in this individual uses to work hard
so that they can meet the goals.

company's value with this the all the employees uses to trust each other

This is basically course which is developed to strength the relationship of
management people at all the levels. With this practise the employees of company
get motivated.
Off the job Programs: This program the manager of the M&S uses to attend
different classes and seminars outside the campus of the company. This practise is
used my manager so that the employees can develop their skill more effectively and
efficiently when they are not stressed about the job responsibility.
On the job Programs: Here the managers are making the employees more
engaged and motivated towards the work and the M&S. The knowledge, skills,
competency gets developed with this the employees reach their best potential.

ask to the employees. The coaching also involve the asking question to employees to gauging
the attitude of employees towards training.
