Recruitment is a stepwise process of hiring employees which includes scheduling,
attracting, short-listing, selection, induction of best qualified candidate from a large group of
people. This collective approach helps in finding desired candidate required for job role of
described job. This report is focussed on challenges faced by Human Resource Management of
United Parcel Service and measures to overcome it(Bush and Middlewood, 2013). Company
must plan in effectual way in dealing with problem which have aroused due to mass resignation
of different level of employees. This assignment put limelight on on different aspect a manager
need to considers in recruitment and selection process process for employees. This assessment
have classified different types of leadership style and the type of impact and influence on
working and organisational structure. After analysing different prospect of Human resource
Management of United Parcel Service few suggestions are also being put up to improve and
enhance effectiveness of organisation.

Documentation is considered as one of the critical aspect on recruitment and selection
process. It helps in better all round analysis of employee considering different factors and
providing systematic and transparency approach in hiring process(Grint and Holt, 2011). It

environment. Employee must know to use adequate resources effectively e.g. there is a
