Teamwork is indicative of a process in which the members of a team work together
that can be useful in achieving the objective. Teamwork is a vital part of a business and it is a
necessity that the colleagues should be working together in different kinds of circumstances
for the successful functioning of a team. Individual skills are utilised by the team members
and constructive feedback that is provided by the other members of a team can prove to be of
great use for an individual (Armstrong, 2016). This essay elaborates on the process with the
help of which teams are formed in relation to my team. It states whether the team has been
able to derive recommendations. It discusses about how our team managed the schedule
while making the Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP). It discusses regarding the fact that in the
event of having differing opinions of the team members how I as a chairman would be able to
deal with the issue.
Team members having complementary skills can help in generating synergy that can
help team members in maximising strengths. A team can play a crucial role for minimizing
weakness and they can help one another that can help them in realization of true potential.
Team members having mutual commitment can produce effective performance in a team.
The reason of formation of a team is for facilitation in relation to working on project. Teams
are disbanded when the particular work or task is completed. The students who were pursuing
management program in our college were asked to form a team. An integrated marketing plan
had to made in relation to a company called Bulla Dairy Foods owing to which the team was
made. The product range of Bulla Dairy foods is diverse and their products like Bulla sour
cream, cooking cream, ice cream and frozen yoghurt is greatly popular among the Australian
population (Bulla.com.au., 2018). This company lays stress on sustainable growth that can
help them in building presence in the international market. They do not make use of harmful
process and make fresh products that helps them in delivering sustainable profit for
community along with the environment. IMP made by company can help them to extend

business and it can transform dairy business present in Australia. IMP had to be made by our
team and it is of great importance to spread the influence of a company throughout the world.
The members of our team had profound knowledge related to marketing that can prove to be
instrumental in creating a marketing plan that is successful. Ou team was composed of people
who had the same kind of background that can help in reducing conflict within the
framework of a team (Reiter-Palmon & Royston, 2017). This can help in the aspect of
avoiding miscommunication within that of the framework of a team. Similar kind of
background can increase efficiency in relation to the functioning that can create a work that is
valuable.
Our team has managed to find recommendations successfully by working together in
an effective manner. The team has agreed on the schedule by using the means of
communication. Communication can help the team in knowing about strengthens of the other
team members that can help in optimizing the performance of a team. It can help in
developing and encouraging the talents of the employees that can boost the efficiency of the
team (Sayles, 2017). The team has managed the schedule with the help of transparent
communication that has helped in preventing discord among the members of a team. The
team members can get along with each other if they can understand each other completely
(Valentine, Nembhard & Edmondson, 2015). Collaboration has helped in ensuring that the
team can work together. The ideas being generated collaboratively can help in boosting the
creative thinking of the members of a team. Team has agreed on the crucial points that has
ensured its effective functioning. The team has been successful in managing schedule in the
perfect manner that can help our work in being successful. The recent marketing plan of
Bulla Dairy Foods was studied by our team and this helped the team in the identification of
loopholes. This helped us in creating a marketing plan that can help the company in reaching
a large audience. Situational analysis of the company was done and target audience was

identified that helped in formation of IMP (Abreu et al., 2016). Competitiveness level can be
said to be extremely high in relation to dairy companies and innovative marketing plan made
by company can reach a large audience. Recommendations were made by our group
pertaining to IMP based on the goals of marketing. The recommendations that were made can
help to address marketing challenges and it can be useful in delivering solution based on
holistic approach. Challenges were identified by our team and opportunities of the company
were noted down that can be of help for marketing of the company, Bulla Dairy Foods. Our
team had to identify primary priorities and this helped them in managing the schedule.
Schedule review was maintained by us that proved to be useful to manage the project. Daily
meetings were held that helped to communicate messages that took care of the fact that co-
ordinated work was being carried out by our team (Jensen, 2015).The identification of the
customer was done on the basis of demographic factors in first meeting. We made the IMP on
the basis of behavioural and psychological characteristics that can help Bulla Dairy Foods in
its marketing. Objectives were identified in the second meeting that is an important part of
IMP. Campaign was crafted in third meeting that can prove to be of great help for Bulla
Dairy Foods to emerge as a brand that is successful. Channels were identified by our team
that can help Bulla Dairy Foods in increasing the revenue and help it to evolve as a successful
company (Artto, Ahola & Vartiainen, 2016). Key Performance Indicator were identified in
the course of fourth meeting that can measure results related to performance of the company.
Tracking can help in measuring if the coupons along with promo codes have been successful
in being converted across the various platforms.
I would respect the different opinions of team members if I am become the chairman
of the company called Bulla Dairy Foods. In the position of chairman, I would not force
people to work on the basis of my desire but I would respect the differences existing in
people. I would try to perceive things from the different viewpoints that can avoid the conflict

in confronting tension rising within the company (Bosch-Sijtsema & Henriksson, 2014). The
board members would be encouraged to come out with the solutions that can help in meeting
our needs along with that of interest of the other people. I used the co-operative process that
helped in the creation of integrated marketing plan. I think that the process of co-operation
can be of great use for resolving the conflict in a team (Maruping & Magni, 2015). Open
communication can act as a great help in resolving a conflict. People in a conflict should be
able to discuss the feelings that can be useful in conflict resolution. Co-operative process can
help me in working out the IMP with team members and it can help in handling of various
opinions within a team (Huemann & Silvius, 2015). Being chairman of the company called
Bulla Dairy Foods I would take recourse to co-operative process for resolving conflict.
I would use the means of negotiation in the future if I have to resolve conflict within a
team in the future. This can act as a useful method that can help in finding common ground if
there is a dispute rising between the members of a team. I shall use compromise for resolving
differences in a team. It can help in finding common ground that can help in successfully
meeting the goals of a team (Hill & Bartol, 2016). Negotiation can resolve conflict which can
be of benefit for all parties involved within a conflict. Direct discussion can be employed by
me that can help in the aspect of reaching common ground.
A team working together in a collaborative manner can help a team in achieving aims.
Teamwork acts as an important element of a business that can help in the running of a
business. A team can help various people in working together in a project. In the event of
completion of tasks, teams are disbanded. We had come together as a team so that we could
do the marketing plan of Bulla Dairy Foods. The recommendations were derived with the
help of active support of the various team members. The recommendations being made can
help in addressing the challenges that are in the present market. The opinions of the other
