INTRODUCTION
Literature review is also known as the survey that is done for the specific topic or the questions
which includes journal articles and books. It can also say that it is the evaluation and search of
available literature of any subject or topic area. It must be presented in organised way so that it
can readable in proper manner. The report will highlight upon the topic that is leadership which
plays an important role in guiding, influencing and inspiring the members of the organisation to
achieve the common goals and objectives. Further they also know how to communicate and
motivate the individuals along with this they also use the different techniques which facilitates
the actions by teams. On the other hand it also helps in creating the vision, inspiring, align people
to achieve goals and also set the direction for performing the activities. By this the management
of the organisation also build new structures and relationships. Along with this it will evaluate
the literature review of the leadership by knowing the different prospectives of the authors that
will also include the negative and positive impact of leadership.

Literature review of leadership
As per the view of Chernyadyev and et.al., (2018) leadership is termed as the art of
motivating the people to achieve the common goal in the organisation that is related to the
directing colleagues and workers to meet the needs and desires of the company. Leadership do
both the work that are related to the helping themselves to do the right things along with its team
members. Ng and et.al., (2020) Argues that leadership is not good for the workers as it sometime
the leaders becomes insensitive towards their employees. It also increases the emotional
intelligence in the business venture. As the leaders have to face several problems that are
regarding agree and disagree on several topics which results in developing the communication
gaps between the members. On the other hand Cooper and et.al., (2018) says that leadership
results in encouraging employees to keep their full focus on the activities that are performed to
achieve the targets of the organisations. It also helps in building the growth and confidence in the
team members.
According to the view of Olanrewaju and et.al., (2020) leaders of the company help their
employee to reach their goals at the specific time that were assigned to them by clearing the
vision. It also benefits the business as it helps in improving the seriousness and charisma at the

time of performing business operations. Camacho-Otero, Boks and Pettersen, (2018) said that
leadership takes lot of time in tackling and monitoring their team or group of people to perform
the tasks along with sites usage reports and screenshots capturing. It results in disadvantage for
the company as risk taken will result in bad impact as the leaders of the company to ignore the
certain protocol that are related to the organisation. On the other hand Fisk, (2017) said that
leadership result in reducing the gap between the employees who are working in the company or
performing the tasks in the group. Good leaders know how to influence, inspire n encourage,
value creation, vision, risk takers, and are goal oriented towards the organization.
Basten and Haamann, (2018) Founded in the study that leadership is the essential part
that is prepared by the organisation to inspire the members at the time of communicating to act
towards achieving the common goal of the company. Boelens, De Wever and Voet, (2017)
presented that it is very difficult to maintain the employees under the leadership at the time of
coordination among the group. As, the good leaders of the organization know how to promote
the collaboration and the culture of the workplace. It is also inflexible structured pattern. Cillo
and et.al., (2019) identified that the leaders of the company make their employee more
productive as they eliminate the problems and doubts of the employee regarding performing the
tasks. The leaders of the company have the ability to keep their focus and look ahead for
performing the activities that are regarding the goals oriented.
CONCLUSION
By summing up the above report it has been concluded that literature review is the evaluation
and search of available literature of any subject or topic area along with this it also helps in doing
the survey that are based on different subject and the topic. By the report it has come to know
that in the organisation leadership have both negative and positive impact at the time of guiding
the people and performing different activities in the business. On the other hand leadership is
important for the business as it helps the management to set a clear vision along with this it
results in communicating with the colleagues and subordinate in effective manner. As leaders of
the company they help their employees at the time of clearing the vision by understanding them
about the organisational direction and also make them aware about their different roles and
responsibility they have to perform in the company. Leadership is also important as it helps in
maximizing the efficiency that are related to achieving the organizational goals. Further the
demerits of the leadership is the leaders of the company have to face various difficulty at the
