team. I used many leadership strategies for leading my team members named as the team
encouragement skills, teamwork, risk taker, and listening skills. These skills could facilitate to
me for the attainment of my specified task (Saeed, Almas, Anis-ul-Haq, & Niazi, 2014). I
practiced such leadership strategies to lead each member of my team for meeting their allocated
work in the least time. It will also allow me to make a transparent relationship with my group
