1.1 Describe situation in the workplace and how influence others to make change
There were situation such as conflicts and poor production take place in the company.
Leader of the company look for this problem because it was affecting the working environment
of the company. They communicate with the employees and understand their situation. They
come to know that conflict are accruing because of relationship between employees, so they to
solve their problems. To increase production they will need new strategies and innovation of
employees.
1.2 factors consider before change in shift
Leader should consider with the manager and stockholders before making change in the
companies strategies. If they will have better suggestion for this problem, and they can provide
ideas to overcome.
1.3 importance to stakeholders trying to influence
Stakeholder of the company are important part and play significance role in the company.
Leaders should influence to take part in the company's problem. Otherwise, they can have
objections for the change in the organization. Changes can help stakeholders in getting more
benefit. Employees, managers are stakeholder of business, if leaders make changes in production
process or implement new work process then they will get more friendly atmosphere and there
productivity will be raised. If production process is being changed then employees will get
benefit of increasing their performance, and they will get more rewards.
1.4 strategies in those situations
As leaders are planning to make changes in production process, for that leaders will first
conduct meeting with all the stakeholders and will make them aware with the importance of this
change. It would be better in minimizing their confusion and making them ready to accept
changes. This strategy will develop trust of all stakeholders and they will support in managing
this change in business effectively.

In this changing situation reward power was the source of power. As top management
gives rewards and recognition to the person who makes efforts to improve company’s
performance.

1.6 difficulties in conversation
When meeting was held to make people understand about changes in production process
then one courage conversation held with my manager. As he started showing the drawback of my
proposal and he shown some of the negative points of that changes. He was very angry on me
but I was clam and show some statically to make them aware with the benefit of new production
process. I made him understood the monetary benefit that an organization can get by
implementing this process. This conversation was beneficial because top management was so
amazed to know the effectiveness of new process and this can reduce cost of firm as well.
Another courage conversation held with my junior where employee has started showing
their disagree behaviour with the change. He started convincing other employees to not to accept
such changes. But I made them aware what benefit they can get if they work on new process.
This enhances their confidence and at last they have shown their positive response towards the
changes.
