The aspect of leadership is to influence the performance of employees in the positive manner.
The main purpose to choose this aspect is based on the consistent use of this aspect by the leader
in this ramified economic world. It has been observed that the leaders not only influence their
subordinates in the positive manner but also assist them to increase the output.
Summarizing the aspect of leadership
In this article, it is divulges that leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction are
interrelated to each other’s. Leaders endeavoured towards evaluating all the internal and external
factors of employees to motivate and promote them to render best level of services in their job.
This article has also depicted the leaders not only resolve employee’s queries and issues but also
motivates towards rendering best level of services in organization (Mulki, Caemmerer, Heggde,
2015). The strength of this article is that it shows leaders strive to create synergy by motivating
and influencing employees to perform better and effective. The main weakness of the article is
related to the lack of practical approach while depicting the aspect of leadership related to job
performance.

Leadership is accompanied by the several aspects which direct and navigate employees to
perform better and effective. This could be understood with the simple example.
Employees working in the sales department of the XYZ Company are endeavouring towards
achieving the targets. Leaders by suggesting the particular way of working and offering them
extra monetary and non-monetary benefits could motivate them to perform better than the
expected targets. This will not only increase the overall efficiency of the employees and
organization but also establish the proper nexus between the organizational development and
economic growth (Sousa, and Van Dierendonck, 2016). This aspect of leadership style focuses
on the influencing the working behaviour of employees and motivating them to perform better
than the set targets and goals. Leaders understand what employees needs and how to satisfy those
needs in best effective manner in the interest of organization and employees at large. This aspect
