The present case is about the innovative organisations which are very important for the business
and management. It is very important for organisations to manage their business activities and
understand what are the consequences of leadership and innovation within the organisation. It is
essential for the companies to manage different processes, techniques and tools in order to have
successful practice of innovation. there are different levels of the management which work
together for managing the innovation in organisation (Kremer, Villamor, and Aguinis, 2019).
Three type of management level include individual, collective and climate. At the individual
level, organisation analyses what is the value of leadership style which day manager has to
follow in order to make creative changes within products. On the other hand, at the collective
and social level, there is need of managing how the different leadership style used by the leaders
help in identifying, assessing and developing the new concept and ideas within the organisation.
Finally, at the context level it is analysed that how the different elements of the business
environment help in innovation and entrepreneurship.

increasing the employee engagement. For a company to work efficiently, it is very important that
leaders are managing the innovation gap properly. The closing of innovation gap between actual

which has helped this company to succeed in market. It is very important for this type of
organisation to managed innovation in products and services to have competitive advantage
within market. It is said by CEO of Google that the main factor which helps our company to
manage the profit is that we believe in innovative leadership (Zuraik, 2017). There are different
lessons which organisations can learn from Google. One of the innovative leadership strategy is
3 AM. Google allows the technical employees of company to spend 20% of their time on the
business projects and 10% on the new business and product which the company is launching.
Google has been working upon this type of strategy since many years. There is a contractual
obligation which is provided by the performance review that there are different measures for
targeting the employees. There are different type of ideas which have been working by formal
qualification process that helps in in managing different prototypes and testing by actual users.

employees working in this organisation and the main objective of this organisation is to provide
support to customers and clients by automating the process. there can be various processes which
can be innervated for the customer's like pharmaceutical, automotive, food and beverage and
microelectronics industries. It is important for the organisation to manage the work in proper
manner and analyse the need of public filtration systems (Fuad, Musa, and Hashim, 2020).
This company has invested amount on the merging with the parent company. By doing so, this
company has to bear the loss of approximately 8 million dollars. This was a terrific situation for
the company and it has to be solved properly. The management of the company decided to hire a
new general manager which will help in making the company profitable again.it is essential for
the company to manage the business activities regarding innovation properly so that there is no
loss to the company and profits can be earned. There are two type of assessment of qualitative as
well as quantitative results which provided information that the climate of organisation can be
dependent upon the way conflicts are managed in the company, a commitment towards

the companies having clear and common goals for managing the mutual agreement then it is easy
to work for active teamwork. It is also important for the companies to produce innovative ideas
by managing the work in effective manner as well as developing creative teams which will work
for achieving success in innovation. Employees who have high performing rate are more
productive for the company and it is easy to manage the functioning properly. There is open
communication as well as clear coordination of the roles and responsibilities for managing the
feedback. The innovative organisations have productive team work which is managed properly
by the support of collaboration and cooperation among employees (Rashid, 2018). This type of
