performance. The current study aims to conduct a detailed research on the significance of
leadership on innovations by considering the case of Microsoft. Additionally, the objectives of
the study also include understanding the dimensions that impact innovation in the electronic
industry and to assess the role of leadership on innovations. The leadership of Satya Nadella, the
CEO of Microsoft will be also examined in the study. The inferences gathered through the

efficiency to promote innovations in an organisation. Besides, the literature also shows that

Nadella was also beneficial for the development of Microsoft. As recommendations, employee
training for emphasising work-life harmony for innovation and employee grievances and their
considerations for enhancing innovative productivity were recommended.
