INTRODUCTION
In order to conduct interview, leader of Tesco business has been selected. From him
different questions has been asked that help to identify mission and vision of the business. In this
context, strategy develop to execute it in the enterprise and attain more desired results as well
(Triantafyllou, Cherrett and Browne, 2014). Economic value also ascertained so that developing
strategies build internal capabilities in significant manner.
MAIN BODY
Part 1 Introduction
Leader stated that organisation name is Tesco. The company consider different types of
products and services that helps to attain more significant advantages through operate it in the
large areas of the market. Tesco consider groceries and general merchandise retailer products and
services in different areas of the world. It is one of the best supermarket which consider profits
and revenue on 3rd rank. Furthermore, he stated that the company has been found in the 1919
with whole group development. Originally the UK grocer consider diversified geographically
from 1990 in term of clothing, books, electronics, furniture, etc. Apart from this, the chosen
business also deals in the telecom, internet, financial, etc. services which helps to determine low
cost retailer in the social group. In order to offer the products and services, Tesco create value on
the items which ascertained successful and grow with 2500 shops from 1990. It is also listed in
the London Stock Exchange and constituent with FTSE 100 Indexes. Market capitalisation also
develop primary listing on the London Stock Exchange.
Furthermore, the company has mission to expand their business with diversified strategy
and develop operations in new country. Therefore, it will help to focus on the acquisition which
owned 800 shops in new areas by Tesco. The company also completed their operations and
functions with introducing loyalty card to serve it with different customers. As results, current
version develop with internet shopping services with corporate font used. Overseas operations
also introduced in the same year development. In this regard, effectiveness also developed to
focus on the obtained 35% stake in Grocery areas. In Thailand, the selected business develop
joint venture so that market growth will be develop successfully to remain with safe way and
dissolve the partnership. Tesco consider their operations from several years so that they also
made advanced activities with systematic consideration. In 2013 September the company launch

their first tablet computer which is known as Hudl. Cafe chain develop successfully in the
department to set and ascertained new food experience which involves Core Cafes, Decks, etc.
The organisation also consider stated strategy with their stakeholder so that goals and objectives
will be completed on time. Therefore, it could be consider that with roles and responsibilities,
they all are take important part in the whole project. Furthermore, I have also several roles and
responsibilities to attain effective results. They need to build trust in three ways in the whole
team and develop systematic advantages as well. Trusted things helps to beyond skills level to
work in significant manner. Company has mission to expand their operations in different areas so
that it is important for them to cope up with the different activities and tasks as well
(Triantafyllou, Cherrett and Browne, 2014).
Part 2 Crafting strategy
In respect to crafting the strategy, it can be stated that there are several forces exist that
need to push by Tesco to run their operations. Business need to consider their size, sort of the
structure and activities to operate successfully. Therefore, they are able to set organisational
structure and implement solution for the issue and problem with policies and operating efficient
production level. As the owner of the business, it is important to focus on the delegate
responsibilities among employees so that it will help to attain desired results in crafting strategy.
Company administration include chief executive officer so that it is known as the president and
manager involved to make different decisions in the business. It is the most important part of the
administration department. Therefore, business require to oversee employees and implement
directive that created by owner. Managers also need interviewed and hire new candidates to
focus on the desired results as well. It is the significant advantages to attain more creative results
at workplace (Triantafyllou, Cherrett and Browne, 2014).
Furthermore, in the crafting strategy accounting strategy in the department also helps to
developing product packaging, pricing and creative material with potential customers. In
addition to this, in the department research also conduct to discover needs of customers so that
Tesco will make efforts for it in systematic manner. Due to changes in the customer needs and
requirement, it has been seen that forces create impact on the business outcomes and results as
well. Along with this, there are many other aspects exist that consider as force and create impact
on the results such as cash flow statement, general ledgers and balance sheet, etc. However,
leader also stated that there are several rivals exist which create impact on the chosen business.

strategies help to attain significant results and outcomes to focus on the relevant results. These

different ways exist that assists to involve employees to attain desire results with different
strategy. For instance, implement reward, incentives, etc. that help to encourage workers in the
decision-making. It is the best strategy which helps to attain more significant outcomes in
desired manner. Therefore, aims and objectives will be completed in significant manner at
workplace.

A company can execute the strategy by using different steps. There are some tips by
which company can communicate their goals and visions effectively :

competition:

4.The CEO must champ the capability-based strategy.
Capability-based strategies, sometimes referred to as the resource-based view of the firm. An

the objectives and the ideas it is necessary to plan and assessment, set up task force, define
service area and know the competitive partners, discover priority needs, then consider on
objectives and make a plan to accomplish them. After this process next step is to identify the
resources available in the organisation. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organiation
then create a structure according to the governance. Identify all the rules and regulations that
requires to be established in achieving the success. Then last is described the rules of operation
