much more important than the theoretical skills. Ma undersrood how impossible it is to convince
his work mates and staff to follow his footsteps, believe and trust in what he believes in. He
came up with a brilliant idea of uniting them towards a common goal. (Kumbaracibasi, 2009).
A leader should be visionary, creative and innovative to be able to forsee risks and be flexible
