INTRODUCTION
Employability skills is defined as asset of skills which are highly needed in an individual so
that they can attain good job opportunities and perform their role in an effective manner. it is
important for a student to develop this skills in order to work in a reputed organisation in the
future. In the present report, Gibbs reflective model is going to discuss that cover all the
experienced gain while preparing the presentation and project. It has been identified that
reflective based learning aid an individual to gain an insight about the skills required to be learnt
for the future.

Leadership skill is defined as the ability of a person to motivate, influence and inspire an
individual to attain its desired goals ion an effective manner. in addition to this, leadership skill
help in marinating effective relationship with others that is required in order to deal in the
corporate and job sector. The current report is the second part of the project and the first part is
done in the form of power point presentation that I have developed on the particular topic. It is
determine by me that leadership skill is required in order to give direction and develop an
effective teams. In order to develop an effective presentation, there are various skills and
knowledge is required that help in gaining positive outcomes. From the presentation, I have
developed many skills and learnt about the topic in an effective manner. In addition to this, my
experience was overall good which will help me to perform better in the future. for expressing
the overall learning as experience, I will using Gibbs reflective model, which involve different
stages. The stages will clear my expression and my overall learning while making the
presentation on leadership skills and style of Jeff Bezos .

associated with the presentation developed by me on the topic Leadership skills. The stages of
Gibbs mode is given below:
Description: It is defined as first and the most important stage in which proper description
is given on the actual activity or situation that is required to be performed by an individual. I
have made presentation on the topic leadership skills and style of Jeff Bezos. For performing the
effective presentation, I have done a lot of research and has taken help of my teachers and
mentors which in turn help me to understand the formulation of PPT. in addition to this, I have
asked my mentors and project teachers to finalise my team members and assigned them clear
roles as well as responsibilities so that no conflict is arise and the presentation is completed in a
timely and proper manner. My teachers has assigned me the role of team leader who handle all
the team members and ensure activities is effectively performed by the team members. One of
the reason of choosing as a team leader by my teachers is my leadership skills & good relation
with all the batch mates. In addition to this, I have the ability to handle the situations and make a
coordination among the team members that aid in completing presentation in a proper and timely
manner.
Feelings: It is consider as the second stage of Gibbs model that states the feelings of person
at the time of performing work. At the starting of my project days, I was happy and excite to as I
get the role of team leader but by the passage of time, my overall excitement is convert into the
tension. It is difficult to maintain that excitement level of team members from starting to the end
of the project. By the passage of time, there were lot of issues and conflicts occur between the
team member. This overall situation has tested my patience and team working skill and it is
analysed by me that without team building skill, I am not able to develop presentation in a timely
and effective manner.
Evaluation: The third stage of Gibbs model which shows whether the experience gained by
developing presentation was good or not. My overall experience was good as I got the
opportunity to be perform the role of a team leader. On the other hand, my experience was not
good sometimes as I am not able to resolve issues of team members and it is analysed by me that
I require to gain about problem solving skills as it will help me in my future for my personal and
professional development as well. It is determine by me that I have team building skills as I am
they lack, how they deal in the particular situation and many more. For examining my experience

As a result it has been concluded that this will aid me in grabbing ample number of opportunities
in near future. Therefore, it has been concluded that my overall learning provide me advantages
in both professional and personal life which creates positive influence.
Action Plan: The last phase of Gibbs model is action plan where required actions need to be
formulated so that similar sort of activities assigned in near future will be conducted in an
effective manner and produce positive outcomes. As per my overall experience, it has been
concluded that in future when I will get some opportunities in near future I will be capable
enough to perform effectively and manage team members by giving them guidance and
instructions. In addition to, I am going to take some online classes in order to improve my IT
skills so that I can effectively perform activities related to this in more appropriate manner.
