The two job positions are that of a Store manager and a Delivery driver as selected
from the episode. However, store manager’s job has many roles like taking responsibility of
the operations, finance as well as managing people (Goul et al., 2012). On the other hand, the
delivery driver also plays an important role as they not only supply the product to all their
consumers but also keep a record of the money and coupons that are gathered from the
consumers. However, both the positions are important in an organization because managers
are one who inspires the employees and guides them and help the organization retain their
skilled employees. In addition, delivery drivers are those who have the sole responsibility of
the organization’s reputation as they are the one representing the organization to the
customers.

The method used for collecting the information for pursuing the job analysis is
Interview method. Here the analyst straightaway interviews the staff member via a structured
interview format to obtain information about their job. This has been used because not every
time direct observation is possible thus, in interview method a job analyst can withdraw
meaningful information from the jobholder. However, a successful interview depends on both
the interviewer as well as the respondent as without proper questing one cannot get the
appropriate response (Levashina et al., 2014).

performing their job. The tasks that are performing are well defined and totally equivalent to

responsibilities demarcated thus; their reality can rather have positive impact in the society.
