Jobs international limited is a multinational organization which operates in the market of United
Kingdom and India. The company is a family owned organization which was established in India
in the year 1998 (Baker-Shelley, Van Zeijl-Rozema and Martens, 2020). It provide various
advisers to the Indians who wants to work in United Kingdom and recruit various persons from
India to work in the organizations of United Kingdom. There are several problems which are
recently faced by Indian branch of job international limited and the major shareholder of the
company that is David Jacob needs to handle this situation in in effective manner. David Jacob
who handles the Indian branch of the company the time when the business is developing in India.

company did it in in efficient manner and implement the organizational structure within one
month. The remaining 5 months are given to the employees to make it a habit to work according
to the new organizational structure (TRAN, PHAM and BUI, 2020).

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it has been concluded that jobs international limited faces a
serious problem in the organization which has its impact on the operations of the company. It is
required to analyze the problems in prompt time and solve the issues so that new business
practices can be introduced in the organization. According to the viewpoint of the consultant the
problem is faced whether organization is due to both managing director and employees of the
company. It is essential for Jacob to make understand both the parties so that they can achieve
the recovery of the organization within stipulated time. The action plan provided above by
managing director of the company helps the organization to overcome the internal issues of the
organization and introduction of new businesses in the organization successfully.
