INTRODUCTION
Changes is a activity which occurs inside the organisation and which affect the position
of the business, which affect negative as well as positive manner (Alvesson and Sveningsson
2015).There are changes which are going into the business which can be internal and external
environment of the business. Certain policies, which affect the work environment that can be
economical, technological even sales of product can bring changes into the organisation. The
sales of the business which affect the vital role in the progress of the business. In this report it is
based on JS supermarket which is an medium size supermarket which facilitates comforts across
the globe so that large number of customer is been added new large number of customers in an
effective manner. This was introduced in 1986, in this report it has been written about the
approaches, strategies of a leaders which is applying in the organisation changes.
TASK 1
P1. Effect on strategy and organisational changes
The process of changing which is creating the impact on the marketplace in effective
manner more over the policies and plans which are been made due to updating technologies and
issues (Aslan and Reigeluth 2013). Some times competitive market place its competitors place
which are creating the large impact on the environment in effective manner. These changes will
make changes in society and also impact on the standard of living which may affect directly or
indirectly. Company conduct market survey which affect the business which will lead to the
growth of the business. Some changes are been done for customer satisfaction and changes
which they are needed in the product or services. By market survey which will help the company
to gain knowledge about the customer in deep and some of the approaches that will impact the
growth of the business. Apart from this some opportunities that need for supporting customer.
JS supermarket which is dealing the grocery and beauty sector products, company marketer is
making certain changes which affect the growth of business in attractive manner. Some
customers who are so loyal towards the products and beauty product of the this company. The
modifications that are been made within the organisational areas which will help to sustain and
within the competitive environment. Apart from this company Unicorn company which is also a
grocery store and it is l9ocated in Manchester. These two companies are the competitors with
each other more there are certain positive as well as negative impact .

There are some positive impact that is products of the JS marketplace is and Unicorn
there both products are been updated according to the technology and changes that are taken
place up to the customer need and desires. The negative impact is that mental stress on
employees and employer in the organisation, the internal factor which affect the business in an
effective manner. JS marketplace as well as Unicorn these both companies employees and
employers are facing this issues within the working environment.

policies which affect the company quality and supply in an appropriate manner. So in context to

that will increase profitability in effective manner. This model which consists of three stages that
change, unfreeze and refreeze. In these step change understand some of the changes that need to
take place during the year. In this JS supermarket which need some changes so first step is that
arranging the meeting and determine some of changes which will enhance the growth of
business. After all next step will be plan and implementation and making employees and staff
well trained and another last step is introducing all final steps which all people can be engaged in
appropriate way.
So this will lead to the development and leading the growth and hence the work which
need to be assigned by the worker in effective manner. This model which will make an effective
steps to me forward in the organisation.

Lack of employee involvement: It is the major issue of every organisation which is
comes because of lack of employee involvement. They performer according to there working
style and if organisation exchange in it than they can not perform well. It directly related to the

Government regulation: It is also a major issue for JS supermarkets organisation
because of new government rules, organisation also change there policies. So it also impact of
the employees working style and it decrees the performance of this organisation employees.
These organisation also take premises from government before launching new change in the
organisation. Productivity of the organization is automatically effected by this.
It has been analysed in this report that the demand of the customers are increase so JS
supermarkets also focusing on it. Many competitor also increase of JS supermarkets which also
reduce the market share of this organisation. So this organisation decide top launch new product
according to the acquirement of the customers. Many factors are against to change which directly
affect the performance of the company. Some factors are as following which are against to
change. Factors against to change which are as follow:-
Increasing cost: this factor effect on the sale of [product and services because mostaly
customer want to purchase high quality services with low price. The cost of production of
product and services is automatically increase (Kotter 2012).
More labour turnover and absenteeism: this situation is develop because of high
competition. Inn that condition organisation incr4swse its target and employees work overtime to
achieve target. Sop the turnover of employees is automatically increase. They give there best
performance to the organisation in that condition. Focus in favour to change mention below :
Customers want new products: Customers also demand different kind of product in the
market. They change there test according to the trends so it is work in positive manner for the JS
supermarkets. They increase there various of product which increaser there productivity.
Increasing in product category: customers want many different category of a
particulate product. This demand is also support those organisation in its growth which help to
build a strong brand image.
