Leadership is an important pillar of the organization, as it defines the

With the progress of time there has been number
of theory, models, concepts etc. in attempt to add
on in the leadership and its development.
With this regard, new theories such as
“Situational leadership theory” got evolved. It
changed the perspective of extending leadership.
The theory of situational leadership says that there
is no single style of leadership which is best.
Transformational theory of leadership says that
the leaders are supposed to set examples in order
to bring transformation in the behaviour of
employee and keeping their morale up. As it was
seen that compares to other organizations the job
loss at Tesco was very much lower. The

negative roles of influencer are related to developing the knowledge. It can be said that
pandemic are help for learning effectively for managing the team effectively as well as
