Leadership style is a form of leaders method of providing proper direction or guidance to
implement plans and enhance motivation two people for their goals (Gopalan, Bakar and
Zulkifli, 2020). As a role of great leader inspire political movement and social changes on which

The term motivation is derive word motive which define needs Desire wants of individuals or a
group people (Hartnett., 2019). This is the process of stimulating people towards action for
encompass their goals in context of work place the work of motivation is to fulfil the
psychological factors as well as enhanced to improve people behaviour for the design of steel
structures earning more money or seeking for great success. Moreover motivation is also
important because it ensures that every individual or team member in organization must
motivated on which their efficiency depends upon the work productivity.
Motivation has two types of theories content and process theory.
Content theory: according to this motivation theory it majorly focus on what of motivation is all
about. It determine on more specifically determine on different aspects that people might
essentially meet in their daily life address professional life.
Herzberg two theory: It is defined that there are two major factors that adjust to
influence motivation in the workplace. Also determined from two factors which are hygiene and
motivating factor that employees are consider in these two factors where some were not effective
and some are highly motivated workplace that shows the work must go through systematic
manner. Hygiene factor: this particular factor in shows the cause of employees to work less
contributed. It also defines that employees are not able to co-ordinate the proper manner to attend
the task. In following there are some hygiene factors which can be considered in workplace are

of hygiene plays an important role where individual or group are not able to co-ordinate with

Factors: as a presence of motivators cause employees to attain their task by make them
highly more motivated and they work hard to get the job done successfully (Hatti, Hodis and
Kang, 2020). There are some modelling factor which include achievement recognitions
responsibilities growth all these factor makes individual or group employee motivate when
company appreciate the contribution of each employees for their respective task.
Process theory of motivation: The using of process theory is made for development
towards any process of an organisation. Process theory identifier improvement there is one
theory called call setting which comes under in motivation and enhance better document for
employees in context of organisation objectives.
Goal Setting theory: this story was developed by Edwin Locke in 1960. The main role of this
theory is to provide effective motivation and guidance to employees. Through their settings as
well as more complex for effective course which help to improve the performance and provide
profit to the organisation from their challenging tasks. As per the goal setting theory at target
specific goal consider towards five principles of goal setting are: Clarity: it is necessary to
having a proper clarity of specific goal on which the employees is going to work on it. As it will
create a sense of clarity in in employee presence of mind. As it reduce the chances of conflicts
are confusion and it leads to the better performance attend the task successfully. Challenge: this
element arises in every goal aspect for better development where employees need to accept that
challenge and beat it through their efforts that need to the target direction. Employees get more
motivated to achievement of challenging goal where it provides them better rewards and increase
the level of self esteem. Commitment: to better fulfilment of any specific target or goal
commitment and which is necessary to having at the time of attending any task. Before setting
any goal or target a manager should discuss certain criteria and importance with employees along
with must provide significant level of participation. On which employees can be part of decision
making process. Feedback: power proper goal setting process also involves a better
consideration to generating feedback to employees (Hattie, Hodis and Kang, 2020). Feedback is
a open discussion and it provides result what an individual or employees result what an
individual or employees had performed in the task. Through this employee get to know about his
or her result how he or she has performed and what are the negative outcomes in which they can
improve from next objective. The feedback facility provides a sense of importance and chance to
