INTRODUCTION
Management and operations are the two main strength factors of an
organization. The aim of this report on Management and operations of Rockstar London
is to understand the difference between role of leaders and functions of managers
(Ahuja, 2017). This assignment studies the characteristics, traits, behaviours that

function of manager. As per Administrative Theory that is developed by Henri Fayol
include that there are 14 principles or function of managers which they need to follow or

responsibility of their subordinate. While in Human Relations Theory by Elton Mayo it is
state the role of leader which any company must be having. There are 4 combinations
of Mayo theory which all are having impact on team dynamics. Under this role of leader
is to demonstrate that group must be having high norm so that it would be having
impact on members of group.
2. Role of a leader and function of a manager in different situational contexts.
Both the leaders and managers have a significant role in the business of
