essential to lead the employees in effective and efficient manner. Leaders are most important
component that directs the actions of every worker in proper direction and path. The company

refers to the ability of any individual to influence the behaviour of workers towards attainment of
set goals and objectives. Every manager should develop leadership skills in order to carry out
process in proper mode. On the other side management is a concept of administrating the whole
system of company to ensure that work is carried out in conducive way. This responsibility lies
in the hand of top level of management.

there are several approaches that are carried out in the organisational system. There are basically,
three level of management working in any single organisational system namely, top level,
