Classical management theory – There are several views of management as well as
classical views is also one of them. In an organisation, there are several responsibilities of
manager such as planning, organizing, recruiting, directing, controlling and many more. There
are different manager and everyone describe their classical viewpoints these are also known as
classical management theory such as Scientific, Bureaucratic and Administrative. Along with
this there are some strength of classical management theory explanation of these are as follows :-
Clear management structure along with their functions as well as operations.
Team will be develop which help in making task easy as well as accomplish effectively
which result in enhancing productivity.
Employees role will clearly define as well as these task also.
Leadership style – It is method of providing direction, plan implementation as well as
motivating people for accomplishing particular task. In addition to this, every leader have
different style of managing employees within organisation. Study related to leadership style was
performed in 1939 and it was performed by Kurt Lewin. There are several type of leadership
style which will be implement by leader in company as per the requirement these are democratic,
autocratic, laissez-Faire, Strategic, transformational, Coach-style and Bureaucratic leadership
style. Out of these most commonly use leadership style is democratic and other also utilise but
these are totally depended on situation occur within organisation.
