Abstract
I am currently employed in a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company as the Chief
Financial Officer, Safety Manager as well as Human Resources Manager. I have been working in
the company for 11 years now. The daily tasks and responsibilities as mentioned in the job
description is to take care of all the financial and monitory aspects and dealing of the
organization. Aforementioned I have a diverse role to play in the organization my daily activities
also consist of managing the functions of the human resources and safety manager. The duties as
the human resource manager includes hiring and recruiting employees for the organization and
as a civil engineering firm I also look after the safety measures and keep a check of the safety
requirements.

3. Moderate Extraversion. As a human resource manager of the organization I have to deal

things that I would not like to change in the organization for example the structure or the
