having around 32 branches in 15 countries which includes fully owed subsidiaries in China and
Malaysia moreover the bank is also having branches in New York and London which is for
complementing their network of South-east Asia. This study is based on the leadership and
management theories, the strategic leadership linking with management in the Bangkok banks
and the contribution of performance techniques in organisational processes. This report will also
explain how leadership and management styles should be change to meet the need of various
situations. Furthermore the report will discuss about the skills of managers and leaders to
improve the performance of Bangkok bank. Lastly the report will discuss about impact that
theories of leadership and management on decision making of the firm and the report will
highlight the famous leader of Bangkok bank.

Strategic leaderships have a direct link to the management of the company because the the leader
of the company decisions the strategies and the policies of the company and the work of
management teams is to make sure that every employees aware and are working within the
regulations and policies of the company. If the leaders of Bangkok bank is introduce a new
policy in the structure of the organisation or in anything then it is the job of management that the
employees are well aware about the new policies or structure applied in the bank as well as the
