Jeremiah, I have gone through your post and was quite satisfied with the way you
have approached the concept of operation management. Moreover, there are few of
the areas which can be enhanced with the help fewer more additional information.
You have presented the impact of the wrong move on the execution of the business
processes effectively. I liked the way you have pointed out the good and the bad
about the president’s part for the country. You have told that there could have
many risks but not highlighted those risks. You could have identified one or two
risks that affect the business processes of the carmakers.

Re: Managerial Commitment
Rebecca, you have surprised me with the way of your approach towards the concepts of
managerial commitment. The research carried out by you is good in order to provided knowledge
on the several of managerial commitment. I was little expecting that you will explain the roles
and responsibilities from the management perspective in order to evaluate the overall
organizational performance. Furthermore, you have shown the way of implementing the skills of
a manger in evaluating the desired success of an organization. I was also expecting that you
could have added few points regarding the use of the skills in order to enhance the managerial
commitment towards the organization.

Ethan, I must tell you that you have done a fantastic job in providing the answer to
the question asked. The example, provided is quite good in order to explain the
concepts of standardization. While giving the example of some products you have
only put the example related to McDonald Corporation. I would like to get more
examples from you in order to clear the viewpoint regarding the standardization of
the products which helps in evaluating the sales process for the firm. Moreover, the
examples were related and it reflected the importance of standardization for the
evaluation of growth of the firm throughout global market segments.

I really enjoyed the answers provided by you Morris, as you have started with the explanation of
value chain. You have evaluated the importance of value chain for a company but you could
have explained it with the help of few examples. You have provided a brief analysis that seems
to be good in considering the different aspects of standardization. Also, I was pleased to read
your views regarding God's teachings in order to keep people healthy and safe. The use of the
safe and better materials should be executed by each of the firms and this helps in developing the
value chain. Moreover, you could have provided few real examples of other companies those
who have successfully implemented it.
