study is based on Sainsbury’s that is the second largest chain of supermarkets in the UK. This
present study is going to discuss roles of management and leadership and their importance within
an organization, Further; it will discuss main 5 principles of management that makes them able
in accomplishing organizational goals. Further, it will discuss all skills that are important for
leading and managing people within organization and ways in which these skills can make able
to employees in performing their professional roles.
