company chosen for the completion of this assignment is
Wa-Pila Hotels. The assignment will make discussion about
different classical management theories and their
application in the Hospitality Industry along with the role of
leader and different leadership styles used.
Introduction

There are different classical management theories which
are propounded by many theorists which can be applied
in the working of an organisation. With the help of this it
will be possible for the organisations working in the
Hospitality Industry to make improvement in the
working of their employees such as by increasing their
efficiency to achieve the goals and objectives of the
organisation.

So the discussion of the different Classical Management Theories and their application in the working of

 Scientific Management Theory: The following theory has been propounded by Fredrick Winslow
