As per the template it can be concluded that there were mixed responses from the
interviewee. However there was not much difference among the responses of the leader and
manager. This is because in the contemporary business environment the managers are becoming
a leader simultaneously. They are not only managing a team but linking the company objectives
with the individual goals.
The interview could be better if there were no time constraints and some more questions
could be set up. These were the weaknesses on the part of the interviewer which needed to be
improved. More managers or leaders could be interviewed to deduce better and valid conclusion.
