Define and compare the different role and characteristics of a leader and a manager
Leaders develop vision, define a direction, encourage and align people to achieve goals and
develop new connections and structures. Managers are responsible for planning, organising,
budgeting, coordinating, controlling and executing tasks within pre-existing organisations.

for the job they have achieved as a group.
Trustworthy: A good leader must be prepared to establish trust in their employees but
around the business, both in the personality as well as in their vision.
Manager

his people.

Analyse how these different factors affect the business environment and wider community
The factor that affects the business environment and wider community is mentioned below:
Mission: Before making any decisions, the mission must be defined. The company’s
mission provides ideas, guidance and purpose (Zhao and er.al., 2020).
Communication: Whenever a challenge is reviewed by a group of people, the most
effective approach is quickly obtained. Improved choice results from effective communication.
Political legal differences: Business legislations differ from one country to another. A
corporation's choice is heavily influenced by political and legal limitations.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that both leader and manager are vital for an
organisation to operate where leader creates a vision where goals are created by managers.
