role of leader and function of manager will be addressed in different situational context along
with assessing of situational, system and contingency leadership theories. Further, approaches of
operation management along with role of managers and leaders will be assessed along with
importance of operation management to achieve business objective. Finally, factors with
business environment affecting decision making and operation management by managers and
leaders will be explained.
