South bank center is artistic venue in London. South bank center attracted 4,451,935 visitors
during 2018. Over 3,000 paid performances of dance, literature and music are staged at South
bank center every year. They also did over 2000 charity programmers in and around art venues.

administrator. Manager also assign the subordinates task. Managerial decisions which are
authorized by the authorities to undertake the managerial decisions to achieve the organizational
goals.
As per the roles, the Leadership is needed at all level and it should be in the in individuals.
Leadership is quality which is the requirement for any individual to be the leader to lead the
team. A manager can also be the leaders but only when managers have the leadership traits.
Leader is the head of the department and leader must lead from the front and so leaders must
have the good communication skills because leaders has to address the team for the positioning
of the organization. They have the right to take decisions to achieve the organizational objective.
A good leader must be in the team as like the friend here the employees will feel confident to
speak their fears and problems . Leader is the person who are responsible to manage the conflicts
between the team member. Leader also give the employees proper support going out of the
way(Santora and Bozer 2016). On the other hand Managers played the vital role in the success of
an organization. Managers are link between the employees and with the upper level. Managers
helps in managing the policies which are comes in existence by the top-level management. They
