manager are able to perform effectively and manage their way of thinking to manage the

managers to think and understand the different factors that has been affected to address
concerning about different management and abilities to achieve the work and affected in more
appropriate manner. Team leaders should have their focus on different constraints and establish
the norms which are helpful for employees to conduct the changing circumstances in different
platform and team goals (Markey and et.al., 2021). This research is basically about the chosen
perspective and growth in retail industry and their managers should have the ability to work and
manage appropriately within the organisation. The present research include about the research
rationale, aim and objectives to accomplish the growth. A secondary research will be conducted
and appropriate use of research methodologies have been discussed in an effective manner.

The reason for choosing this management problem is to identified the impact of Covid-19
on different type of leadership and approaches to work effectively and manage various kind of
