Situation1: Low productivity of employees
It is the one of the most major situations which is faced by the company where the
productivity of an employee is low which is the major issue for company because it is
demotivation and discouraged for the company. In this situation employees are not able to
achieve the goals which is the effect the overall process of the company. by low productivity of
employee Vodafone leaders and managers can faced some issues for a company (Solinger,
Jansen, and Cornelissen, 2020).
Application of theory: this situation can be analysis by understand the employee needs
and wants. Where the leaders and managers are able to fulfilled employee in some conditions.
Company can provide some rewards systems for the employees which is consider as best action
taken by the leaders and managers. In relation to Vodafone, they can provide better services and

management towards work is not clear. In relation to Vodafone, managers and leaders can faced
this situation which is not good thing for the company. it is measure by the employee working
when they are not working properly according to their role.
Application of administrative management theory: this situation can be handled by
the motivational theories and principles. Where the manager and leaders are able to motivate and
encourage the employee to work hard. In relation to Vodafone, the managers and leaders are able
to motivates their employee and encourage them to work hard and achieve the goals for the
company with success which is help to fulfilled the clarity in work with productivity (Zakharov,
and et.al., 2019).
Ways to manage the performance to ensure continuous performance
As there are various ways which are used to enhance the level of performance which are listed
below-
Mainly is it essential to introduce continuous performance to the chosen company
under which proper review should be done.
Vodaphone must make use of trainings and also the management will be able to get the
feedback directly from the employees.
The management can also keep a check on the employees which tends to help the
company in understanding the behaviors of the employees.

company or organization which helps to motivates the employee for improve the performance
and achieve the company’s goals with success. Goals can be achieved by some strategies of

company. it has been analysis that the targeted goals can be achieve by strategic motivation. It is
