There are different types of management and leadership skills are required by the individual to
becomes success in their life as well as in their career. This report is based on the skills of the
individual which are having saloon business. This report contains personal SWOT analyses, skill
audit and effective personal development plan.
TASK
Personal SWOT analyses
It is related to those framework under which the individual analyses their strength and
weakness so that they can work with their great accuracy and minimises their weakness. There
are different factors are present in this framework and the brief discussion related to the same are
given below:
Strength
One of the most important strength of mine is the degrees and qualification which I
achieve on the basis of my handwork and efforts. I have graduation in management
which helps to manage the activities of my saloon business.
In have skills which attracts the other person's towards me. These skills helped me to
develop effective relations with different types of business clients.
I have developed superior research skills which helps me to develop conclusion on any
topic or issue.
Weakness
One of the greatest weakness of mine is the lack of communication skills in my
personality. The communication skills helps the person to interact different types persons.
The another weakness of mine which disable me to become success in my life is lack of
responsibilities.
Integrity is related to act in the organisation or any other aspect with honesty, fairness and
fairness and I have few amount of integrity in my personality.
My decision making skills are not so good which disables me to take effective decisions
