Easy Jet which is a British Low cost airline group. This firm was incorporated in 1995 by Stelios
Haji-Ioannou and is headquartered in to Hangar, London Luton Airport, Luton, UK. The firm
operate its business in more than 30 nations cross wise the world with domestic and international
scheduled services on over 1000 routes. This report will cover information about human resource
department and leadership & management area of this venture. Further, will define area of
training & development and talent management of this company.

resource of a firm. In Easy Jet, the HRM function carries out these all functions in different
