INTRODUCTION
People management is also defined as human resource management (HRM) that mainly
include activities related to training, directing, motivating employees in a workplace structure as
to make significant optimisation in their productivity as to promote professional growth. In
simple terms it is defined as a set of practices that involves end-to-end processes of talent
attainment, talent optimization and retention of talent in order to inspire employees to change for
better (Knies, Leisink and Van De Schoot, 2020). Present report has been made on EasyJet a
British low cost airline company founded in the year 1995 and headquartered in London United
Kingdom. With more than 1500 employees this company operate their operations as domestic
and international schedule services in more than 30 countries. In this report formative discussion
has been made on theoretical model and recommendation in context with three essential
elements of an organisation that include leadership and management, talent management and
training and development as to strengthen organisational performance management.

Leadership and management
Leadership is defined as a process in which a leader provide formative direction, guidance,
encourage and influence individuals with the workplace organisation towards common objective
in order to fulfil organisational goals. This is one of the most important aspects for an
organisation through which behaviour of employees can be motivated in a positive manner
through which accomplishment of entity objectives and targets can be assured in best effective
manner. It has been identified that in work place structure of EasyJet leaders take advantage of
effective form of leadership strategies and models in order to guide employers to maximize
efficiency of their productivity. It has been identified that in company leaders undertake use of
Democratic form of leadership style in order to attain business targets and fulfil consumer
satisfaction in efficient manner.
In terms with management, it is a procedure in which different type of activities related to
planning, directing, leading, organising, monitoring, implementing and controlling are included
in order to align administrative activities in a well define way. In this manager undertake wide
range of responsibilities in order to manage different level of organisation and assure that
organisational employees perform their roles and responsibilities with efficient resources and

finance. EasyJet manager set deadline and make sure that employees perform their operations
with effective resources in order to gain maximum advantages. For this different type of
strategies plan and Directive management style is being undertaken by entity managers through
which they aim towards increasing overall productivity and profitability organisation adequate

In context with EasyJet it has been identify that with the assistance of suitable leadership
theories leaders within an organisation can overcome complexity issues and problems according
to different situations in effective manner (Pinto, Paredes and Almeida, 2020). In addition with
it has been identified that situation leadership model not only guide leaders to effectively resolve
complexity of issues in any situation in effective manner but also allow them to encourage
employees with efficient leadership through which company then game maximum competitive
advancements.

management style as to direct behaviour of employees and further motivate them towards entity
goals and objectives.
Recommendations
In order to operate the role of management and leadership in EasyJet it is recommended for
organisation leaders and managers to maximize their skills and understand employee’s
perspective and engage them into decision making process as to formulate effective relationship
with them. It is essential for both the leaders and managers to undertake advantage of integrity,
inspiration, communication skill as to motivate other individual’s interest in an effective manner.

has been identified that number of employees in Easy Jet are directly connected with consumers.
Thus, entity is required to ensure that with the help of training and development process
behaviour analysis of customer’s can be maximise through which they can conduct their daily
basis operations in effective manner and can further retain customers towards organisational
services for long period of time.

productivity and further keep them motivated towards organisational goals. In this it is essential
for leaders and managers to engage in the process of identifying performance of employees on
regular basis (Mitchell, 2020). It will further help them to offer particular skill through training
and development program as to increase confidence among employees. This has been evaluated
that training not only increase daily basis productivity of staff members but can also assure
formative relationship between organisation and management and also make employers
committed towards organisation and further allow entity to retain them for long period of time.
According to the evaluation it has been identified that training and development is the most
essential element for an organisation like Easy Jet through which company can make significant
increase in their overall productivity and can further take advantage of competitive edge in

improve and update training and development model in order to ensure more productive

System model training framework is being developed to bring improvement in training
session; it mainly involved 5 different stages (Botella-Carrubi and Tudela-Torras, 2020). As per
in accordance with this model it has been identified that organisational training and development
programs are required to effectively meet with the main purpose which is to develop skills with
employees as to stimulate their performance towards better.
Analysis and identification:
In this leaders and manager hold key essential responsibility through which proper
identification and evaluation of training needs can be identified. In this by identifying
performance of employees management of organisation can identify the particular form of skill
requirement that are required by employee in order to increase their performance. It further
allows entity to estimate cost for training in order to provide smooth training process without any
obstacles.
Designing:
In this proper designing of training is being done in order to accomplish organisational
