INTRODUCTION
Management and operation is broadly associated with various business practices in which
production control and other activities takes place. With the help of effective management a
business is able to offer new products to their customer so as to earn high profits and business
efficiency. The report is based on M&S which is a multinational retailer having headquarter in
London, UK. They are having approximately 78000 employees around globe. This report
includes roles and characteristics of leader within various situations. Along with this the report
