goals and desire in the shortest period of time. The employees of the organisation are divided

The management is considered as tools and techniques used by the manager to manage the
human resource of the organisation in most productivity ways so that organisation are able to
achieved the pre-determine goals and mission in the most systematic manners. Management
process is not limited to the manager as it includes various things such as money, material ,
methods and men , all of these factors helps the organisation to accomplished the goals. Manager
tries to charges of managing the budget of the company, managing its employees and making
sound business decision for present as well as for the future scenario, making the schedules and
giving expect advises to the members of the team so that all the activities are performed in the
most profitable ways. The people thinks that leadership and management are the same thing in
the organisation but they are different from each other in varies ways, as leaders has follower
who gets influenced by the leaders whereas manager is a person who manage the manpower in
the management and look after that they are working for the betterment of the company in the
long period of times. The organisation needs to have a good personality and strong behaviour of
the leaders and manager so that team of the company are put on the boards on working zone so
