This report is based on FedEx Corporation which is an American multinational courier delivery
services company that is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. It was founded by Frederick W.
Smith in the year 1971, almost 47 years ago. Main services of the company are post delivery,
express email, freight forwarding and third party logistic at global level. This assignment will
discuss about difference between manager and leader along with experience, education and
