Me: Hello everyone. I hope you guys are doing just fine with the small matter of work to take
care of.
Team members: Hello. Yes, we are absolutely fine.
Me: Can anyone do me a favour and please remind us why we are here?
Mary Citizen: We are here for our weekly feedback session.
Me: Thank you Mary. Well, let me just tell you guys that I am really proud of your achievements
for the week. None of you have failed to meet the targets and are well on course to make this
month a success. Your work as a team has been nothing but fantastic. Although, as you are
aware, we could all do with a little improvement in certain areas. Can anyone please suggest me
an area where we can improve?
Jane Citizen: I think we could revise our targets and increase the overall team targets.
Me: That’s a very good suggestion. Thank you Jane. I am currently more focussed on improving
the effectiveness of our current performance guidelines. Any suggestions in that aspect?
Singh Citizen: We should improve in the aspect of customer service is what I think.
Me: Thank you there. After analysing your weekly performances, I have identified two aspects
where there is a tangible scope for improvement. One of them is customer service and the other
is related to time management.
Jerry Citizen: What is the problem with time management?
Me: It is not a major problem but some of us are still not able to close a deal within a specified
time limit which is causing overtime and additional costs to the entity. We should work on that.
Susan Citizen: Are there any steps that you plan to take to achieve this?
Me: Yes. For both these aspects, I am planning to conduct training sessions to make sure that
you become more comfortable while interacting with the customers. There will be simulated
