The leaders within an organisation are required to be skilled enough to judge and evaluate the
workforce within the organisation, so their effectiveness and efficiency can be improved, and
to evaluate and improve the skills the mangers have to set certain guidelines and criteria
based on which the effectiveness of the employee within the organisation can be evaluated
(Watkins, 2012). The global leaders are required to develop a global leadership mindset to
achieve effectiveness within the organisation. The global mindset includes the leader's ability
to openness while analysing the business environment, maintaining flexibility within the job
roles, having knowledge of selection and analysis of the global business environment and the
skills to effectively implement such knowledge within the daily practice (Cseh, et al., 2013).
The global business leaders face the issue of conflict among the team members, due to
difference in their culture or experience, and the leaders have the responsibility to effectively
evaluate the conflicting reason and provide a solution that would resolve the conflict along
with maintaining the work efficiency of the employees (Maranga & Sampayo, 2015).
Handing the internal conflicts within the organisation is required to ensure the smooth
working of the organisation, and achieving the organisational goals and objectives.
