Google. Google is large size multinational organization which is providing the largest search
engine and software facility to customers. Report is explaining the difference of roles and
characteristics of manager and leader. This study gives brief about the function of leader and
manager in different situation. Report is explaining different theories and models of approaches

Technologies Inc, 2016). The report is consisted of key approaches of the operation management
and role that leader and management plays. This report is giving importance of operation and
management to achieve business objective. The report is assessing the factors that have impact

is affected by technology so it has to change its
operation management technique with adopting
new technologies. Decisions of managers are
because they have bring new technology &
software's in company and role of leaders of
company are affected because they have to
organise time to time training programme for
motivating employees to use new technology
(Ross, 2017).
Legal Factors- Legal factors such as change in
legislation & provisions affects operation
management because Google cannot avoid
provisions of law so it has to manage its
operation according to change in legal factors
and this further affects managers & leader
decision.
Environmental Factors- Environmental
factors includes lack of raw material, pollution
and carbon footprint. Change in all this factors
affects operations of Google. Managers of
company has to make decision about producing
environment friendly products and impact on
decisions of leaders is they have to motivate &
develop a programme to guide the employees to
use environmental friendly techniques. (Widya
